Darcy Hosts a Gathering in Pierce County
Bluegrass music, food, good conversation and an update on Darcy's campaign - that's what the gathering of Pierce County Democrats at the WSU Center in Puyallup enjoyed on Tuesday, April 29th.
After an hour or so of socializing against the background of the delightful music of the Covington Grass band, about 100 people sat down to hear Darcy talk. She talked about the progress of her campaign, about the issues that prompted her to run for Congress and about the principles that will guide her in her decisions.
Then she took questions from the audience until it was time to strike up the band again and talk amongst ourselves some more.
